These are the terms for using this website and the dispatch service it offers. Emergency Plumber Irving is reachable at 420 W 2nd St, Irving, TX 75060, and by phone at (469) 599-2691. Placing a call, submitting the contact form, or otherwise using this site puts you inside these terms.
What This Service Actually Does
This site and phone line exist to route plumbing calls, not to send our own staff out to fix pipes. Describe your problem and address, and we'll pair you with an independent local plumbing company from our partner network — one able to reach Irving, Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Coppell, or the surrounding Metroplex and equipped for that particular job. No technician on our own payroll ever shows up at your door.
The Partner You're Actually Hiring
Whichever plumbing company gets dispatched runs its own business, entirely separate from ours — think of us as the switchboard, not the crew. Your agreement for the actual plumbing work sits between you and that company alone. They write the quote, perform the repair or installation, and bill and collect from you directly, on their own terms. Whatever warranty comes with the work is theirs to honor, not ours.
Money Never Passes Through Us
We take no payment and send no invoices for plumbing labor of any kind, ever. Whatever a job costs, that money moves from you to the dispatched partner company, under whatever arrangement the two of you settled on. A billing dispute belongs first with them, not with us.
What a Quote Actually Represents
The dispatched company decides pricing, not us, and they'll hand you that number in writing before touching anything. Neither this website nor a call to our line produces a quote, a price promise, or a scheduled arrival time — those come only once a partner is assigned. Look over the partner's written quote carefully, permit costs included, before agreeing to let them start.
If a Repair Goes Wrong
Workmanship complaints go to the company that did the work first; they're in the best position to make it right. Still unresolved? Call (469) 599-2691 and we'll push to get it sorted from our end too. We can't promise any particular fix, since the underlying job and its contract belong to the partner company, not to us.
The Limit of What We're On the Hook For
All we do is take your call or form submission and set up a booking with a partner company — nothing more. Whatever that company does or doesn't do on the job — the quality, the price, the timing, how they conduct themselves — isn't something we answer for, as far as the law allows. This section changes nothing about rights you're owed under Texas or federal law that can't be signed away.
What's Actually on This Website
Everything published here describes our service area and how the dispatch process works, in general terms only. None of it amounts to a quote, an estimate, or a diagnosis of whatever's wrong at your property, and any prices mentioned elsewhere on the site are ballpark only. Only a partner company's own written quote for your specific job is a real number.
What Happens to Your Information
Contacting us means we forward your name, phone number, address, and a description of the problem to whichever partner company we've matched you with — that's how they're able to confirm and show up. We hold onto and use that information solely to arrange the booking and to help if you reach back out about a job already done.
These Terms Can Change
As the service evolves, we may revise this page. Whatever's posted here at a given moment is the version that applies, and the date up top shows the last revision. Keep using the site or the service after we've updated it, and the new version is what governs.
